About
Independent by design.
Our team brings more than twenty years of asset and project management on valuable, complex assets. We work independently, always prioritising the owner's timeline and safeguarding the value of the asset.
No commissions
We take no commissions, retrocessions or referral fees from shipyards, brokers or suppliers. We are paid by our clients only.
Full traceability
Every technical and financial decision is documented, so owners, boards and advisors can audit the asset at any time.
Absolute discretion
We work for private owners, family offices and institutions that expect confidentiality as a matter of course.
Our name
The navigator's star, and the North Star of the future. One of the brightest stars in the sky, Vega has guided seafarers for centuries. As the Earth's axis slowly turns, it will one day become the pole star itself. We chose its name for what we do: a fixed point for owners navigating complex assets, today and for the long term.
